I believe yoga brings balance to the body and mind.

My Hatha Yoga classes will help you switch off by moving

mindfully and making space for rest.

In my Hatha Yoga classes you will be encouraged to move mindfully, bringing attention to your breath and how poses feel in your body.

 

You will be guided to find variations of poses that both feel good and match your energy levels.

 

Rest is just as important as effort, so time is always dedicated to purposeful rest via a guided relaxation towards the end of the practice.

Welcoming

I strive to create a welcoming and friendly feel to my classes.

 

I believe that yoga can be for everybody so my classes are suitable for people with all levels of yoga experience including complete beginners.

 

Yoga is not a competition and it doesn’t matter what the person next to you is doing, so come as you are and give yourself permission to be yourself. 

ready for you to take part

No special clothing is required for yoga. I would advise that you wear clothing made from flexible materials that is comfortable and you can move your body freely in.


All equipment is provided in my yoga classes, but you are also very welcome to bring your own. Mats are available at all venues.

 

I also use yoga props such as blocks, belts and blankets. Props can enhance your yoga practice in many ways so I often incorporate them in class sequences. These are provided at all venues.

Everyone has a different starting point in yoga.
